Navigating the Corporate World & Beyond with ADHD

Empowering Adults with ADHD to Thrive at Home and at Work

Your ADHD doesn't clock off. I know from thirty years in high-pressure roles that when your home life feels chaotic, your professional performance suffers, and when work is overwhelming, your personal life pays the price.

I don’t just coach employees; I coach people. We look at the intersection of your professional and personal worlds to create a sustainable rhythm that works for both. Support can also include Accountability Buddy and Body Doubling sessions.

We tackle the challenges that bridge the gap:

Managing Both Jobs: Balancing demanding careers with the executive function needed for home life, parenting, and self-care.

Reducing the Post-Work Collapse: Strategies to manage your energy so you aren't exhausted by the time you reach your family or your hobbies.

Emotional Regulation: Building resilience for the stresses of the corporate environment that often spill over into our evenings and weekends.

Who Am I?

My name is Isobel and I was diagnosed as Autistic and ADHD in 2023 at 52 years old, after years of wondering why life felt so complicated. Despite a successful career managing global and national teams, I often felt out of place, exhausted from masking, and unsure why everything felt so extreme.

Through years of trial and error, I developed tools and strategies that helped me thrive. Then, I discovered ADHD coaching, which changed my life. Now, as a certified ADHD coach, I’m here to help you unlock your potential without taking decades to get there.
